Cookie policy

Which cookies and similar technologies this website uses, what they are for, and how you can accept them, reject them or change your choice at any time.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage (localStorage), serve comparable purposes. They are used to make the website work, to remember your preferences and, if you allow it, to measure how the website is used and how effective our advertising is.

Who is responsible

The party responsible for this website and the cookies described here is PT VALENTINA VILLA LOMBOK, an Indonesian limited company (PT) with PMA (foreign investment) status, trading under the Marlaca Real Estate brand. NIB: 0220207151838 · NPWP: 0938 0329 3591 5000. Registered address: Dusun Mengalung, Desa/Kelurahan Kuta, Kec. Pujut, Kab. Lombok Tengah, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat, 83573, Indonesia. Contact: info@marlacarealestate.com.

Categories of cookies

We use three categories. On your first visit only the technical category is active; the others only if you authorise them.

Technical (necessary)

Essential to remember your cookie choice. They do not require consent and cannot be switched off.

Analytics

Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) tells us, in aggregate, which pages are visited and how the website is used. It is loaded only if you accept it.

Advertising and measurement

Meta Pixel and the Conversions API from Meta Platforms measure how our ads on Facebook and Instagram perform. They include an engagement event after 40 seconds of activity and, if you request a call, the sending of that event together with your contact details (email, phone and name) to attribute the conversion; the Conversions API reaches Meta through a server run by our marketing provider. They are loaded only if you accept them.

Cookies we use

These are the specific cookies and storage items on this website. Until you accept, no analytics or advertising cookie is installed.

International transfers

The analytics and advertising categories mean that Google LLC and Meta Platforms, Inc. process data (for example, your IP address and a browser identifier) in the United States. Both companies are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission has recognised as providing an adequate level of protection since July 2023. This happens only if you accept those categories.

How to change or withdraw your consent

You can change your choice at any time with the button below or with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of any page. Withdrawing consent stops tracking and deletes the analytics and advertising cookies that this website is able to remove. You can also delete them in your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). We will ask for your consent again after 13 months or if the cookies we use change.
